Description

This is Tiffy and Tuffy. Young kittens who annoy the heck out of Chip. Well, I honestly don't know where to put them in the series. As far as I've gotten, they're not siblings, in fact, just strikingly-and-uncannily similar best friends.

The background is not supposed to be translucent. I'm pretty sure techno stuff hates me.
